Terms and Conditions for Remember Who You Are - The Retreat.

1. Booking and Payment

  • To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 1 333 € is required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be received 33 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Payments can be made via Stripe: (credit card, debit card, bank transfer)

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 33 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 33 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

3. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as any illnesses, natural disasters, or travel disruptions.

4. Health and Medical

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the activities of the retreat.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

5. Liability

  • The retreat organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses that occur during the retreat.

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the retreat activities.

6. Changes to Itinerary

  • The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards others.

  • The use of drugs, alcohol, or any other mind altering substances is prohibited during the duration of the retreat.

  • The use of mobile devices is prohibited during all retreat activities. 

8. Photography and Video

  • By participating in the retreat, you consent to the use of your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for educational and promotional purposes.

9. Force Majeure

  • The retreat organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or transportation disruptions.
